  • Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have bought from any creator or tips that you have made to any creator and pay-out requests.
  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
  • Content Data includes photos, videos, or other digital content uploaded to our website, including metadata that is provided with that content. Please remember that Content Data that you post may reveal personal data about yourself as well.
  • Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses. Some of the information you choose to provide us may be considered “special” or “sensitive” in certain jurisdictions, for example your sex life and sexual orientation.   • Moderation and filtration (text and content uploaded to the Website / content sent in chat messages on the Website)  to monitor and investigate violations of our Terms of Service: Performance of a contract
  • Providing the Services, including the hosting of Creator content, the fulfilment of transactions between Fans and Creators and processing Creator earnings: Performance of a contract
  • Providing technical support to Fans and Creators: Performance of a contract
  •  Ensuring compliance with, and enforcing, our Terms of Service and other usage policies (e.g. our Acceptable Use Policy): Performance of a contract

  3. Debug products to identify and rectify errors affecting existing intended functionality.
  4. Exercise free speech, ensure another consumer's right to exercise their free speech, or exercise another right provided by law.
  5. Participate in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest, adhering to all relevant ethics and privacy laws, especially when deleting the information may render the research impossible or seriously impair its achievement, given your prior informed consent.
