Upon the cessation of the Force Majeure Event, Pseet.com will make reasonable efforts to update users on any changes to the platform's status and, if necessary, provide guidance on any actions required from users.

10. Termination and Suspension

• Termination by User: Users have the right to terminate their account on Pseet.com at any time. To do so, please follow the account deletion instructions provided on the platform. Termination of your account will result in the removal of your profile and associated content.

• Termination by Pseet.com: Pseet.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts, at its discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, engaging in prohibited conduct, or if Pseet.com believes that continued use of the platform poses a risk to other users or the platform itself.

• Notice of Termination: In the event of termination or suspension by Pseet.com, reasonable efforts will be made to provide users with prior notice. However, Pseet.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts immediately and without notice if, in its sole discretion, such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other users.

• Appeals Process: If your account is terminated or suspended and you believe it was done in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting contact@pseet.com. Pseet.com will review appeals on a case-by-case basis, and its decision will be final.

• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, you will lose access to all features and content associated with your account. Pseet.com retains the right to retain and use your information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, even after termination.
